You could also play a little bit with Google, e.g.:

https://www.google.com/search?q="typo3"+site:.fr

or more evil:

https://www.google.com/search?q=inurl:typo3conf+site:.fr

With some clever combinations, Google will spit out a number of French 
TYPO3 sites you just need to review.
