As Anja pointed out, the problematic component is the extension "realurl".

Have you gone trough the documentation [1] and verified that your
setup is correct?

There is also many content in the TYPO3 Wiki [2], maybe this helps you.

Please excuse that it is hard for us to diagnose the problem with the
information that you are providing. Did the site ever work?
