[TYPO3-english] TYPO3 and character encoding problems

WOW!! It actually worked, i can't belive! You are the universe GURU of 
mysql charsets and encodings. Now i really have to see what you do in 
script and how did you manage to convert it. I suppose you did something 
with a BLOB chemistry but as i said i will take a look. Thank you, i 
already started to debug TYPO3 and do reverse engineering of how it 
manages to display chars correctly, although they are not stored 
correctly in the DB (i would still like to know this!). Thx. again!
