[TYPO3-english] sr_feuser_register unsubscribe link

Well I gave up on it and used dmail_unsubscribe. I changed the class 
there so it does not up date module_sys_dmail_newsletter to 0 (because 
than the user cannot subscribe again), but set deleted = 1 on the fe_user.
