[TYPO3-english] Running TYPO3 on a Synology DS

Dear Philipp,

just realized that the problem wasn't the TYPO3 installation, the 
browsers caused it.
I had to reset the browser settings (cache, cookies etc.). Afterwards 
the login into the install-tool works again.
