[TYPO3-english] Database Error Caused by cli_dispatch.phpsh scheduler

Hi,

Yes, when I run ...typo/typo3/cli_dispatch.phpsh scheduler it works without problem in the console.


The only localconf.php file is in //typo/typo3conf/localconf.php

I do not have $GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['DB'] in my Install tool - do I need to activate this manually in localconf.php?
