[TYPO3-english] Filelist - Cant delete

Hi everybody,
just a short szenario.
I create a new folder under filelist with typo3. After that i create a new textfile. I can edit this textfile and rename. But i cant delete.
Logged in as admin and activated extended view.
When i click on file icon to get click menu, click menu doesnt open.
Firebug tells me that ajax script doesnt get response.

I got this error on actual version 4.5 tree and 4.7 tree.

Has anyone suggestions to solve this problem?

Under 4.7 i got an php error, to much memory consumption, but php hast a 1.5G memory limit, so i think there is a big problem.
