Yes you are right. Thanks a lot..:)

I've cleared all the cache files in  typo3conf/temp_* folder and its now working. Atm I can't able to clear typo3temp/* folder.
But itz now working.

Did you remove all temp files?

* typo3temp/*
* typo3conf/temp_*
