[TYPO3-english] Language "All" not working

Hi!

I fear we have to face the truth. Language handling is partially really broken in TYPO3 CMS. No matter which version you take.
It depends strongly on you language configuration, what is working and what is not working.

So I can't help you here at first hand. Sorry.
