[TYPO3-english] Navigation in introduction (plus) package typo3 6.2

We are using the typo3 6.2. introduction package + the introduction plus package with unlimited naviagation
The problem is that the user can the last idem but not the page before that item
i.e.  Home ----> Portugal----->Azores------> Sao Miquel
Clients should also be able to click the page  'in between'
Does anyone know what we should add/change?
