[TYPO3-english] File upload issue

Hi Jan,

Thanks for the reply. Very strange as they did do it in batches. When the
uploads started failing they would wait for the batch to finish but were
unable to upload more when trying 10 minutes later - same issue occurred.
The uploads were to fileadmin not into a record. We do have hooks to do
extra processing on upload (adding extra metadata, creating relations etc)
but I was unable to see any issues occurring in those hooks.

If it helps anyone they were using Safari on OSX - when they changed to
Chrome they had no more issues. This may have been because they had almost
finished the uploads.
