[TYPO3-english] Form not display in Front in latest version of typo3

Hello,

After login click on "Template" under "Web" module, and after that click 
on page where is your root template record.
You will have there link "Edit the whole template record", so click on 
it and on next screen click on tab "Includes".
You will see there two boxes and in right one you will find "Default TS 
(form)" click on it, it will be transferred to left box, and just save 
and clear cache after that.
