[TYPO3-english] Difference between $TCA and $GLOBALS['TCA']

Hi Jan,

don't use $TCA (or any other of those shortings we have around), but 
always the $GLOBALS['TCA']. The shortened version is rather often 
incomplete and will vanish over time.
