[TYPO3-english] PHP OpenSSL extension not working - System Environment Check

Hello ,

I install Typo3 success fully and just getting overview of back-end and i got release in Install Tool there be openSSL not working .

I just check all over all might me right in php.ini other things. also set new environment variable OPENSS_CONF and its relavant path of my apache folder "D:\xampp\apache\conf\openssl.cnf " .

I restart xampp even if that error able to view. also not able to front side view of site its getting 503 ERROR .

I think its getting because SSL not recognize by Typo3.

Is there any other way to solve both of errors ?
