You must got to tnimni.com/ to beginn the installation.
The file must be accessible as tnimni.com/FIRST_INSTALL/

There must be the following files and folders in your root directory:

.htaccess (copy from typo3_src/_.htaccess
index.php -> typo3_src/index.php
FIRST_INSTALL
typo3/ -> typo3_src/typo3
typo3_src/ -> typo3_src-6.2.0
typo3_src-6.2.0
