[TYPO3-english] Unable to install TYPO3

Hi!

What address is used in the browser?
If you reach the website by using the domain only, the FIRST_INSTALL file must be placed exactly in the folder where the domain points to.

Moreover ensure that the access permissions on that file are correct, such that the webserver can access (delete) it.
