[TYPO3-english] sysext FORM wizard loads slow

Hi,

The sysext FORM wizards loads slow in TYPO3 (6.1.5)
It takes from 8 till 15 seconds before the entered elements are shown in 
the right part.
Also the wizard Form tab stays empty till this elements are loaded. This 
behaviour exists in multiple browsers (Tested in IE, FF en Chrome)
In IE the entered elements are also not visible, only blue selection on 
mouse-over or when clicked.

Does anybody else have the same behaviour of the FORM wizard?
And even better, does anyone know a solution? :-)
