[TYPO3-english] Login failure when adding TypoScript 'Felogin'

Hi Salander

The meaning *is*, that the footer login does not show up on the login 
page, but on every other page.

This is needed, because invoking the felogin plugin on the same page 
twice (first in the content, second in the footer) will make it 
impossible to login.
