as Paul said, put it in TSsetup

best way to find such things is the TSOB (TypoScriptObjectBrowser),
there you could open the tree and find all configurations wich are set.
and on a pages holding a template, you also could edit the configuration
(Attention: the TS lines always will placed at the END of the template
... put they then manual at the right place, otherwise your template
will look like a mess)
