You can look through this example:

RTE {
     classes {
         table-striped {
             name = Table Striped
             value =
         }
     }
     default {
         contentCSS = fileadmin/templates/css/rte.css
         buttons {
             blockstyle {
                 tags {
                     table.allowedClasses = table-striped
                 }
             }
         }
         classesTable := addToList(table-striped)
     }
}
