[TYPO3-english] RTE htmlarea bug in typo3 4.7.14

DOMDocument is a class that is part of PHP. Make sure PHP is configured 
with --enable-libxml and not with --disable-dom. See 
http://php.net/manual/en/dom.requirements.php
