[TYPO3-english] high CPU -typo3 4.5.30

Hello Christian,
 CPU starting to raise by the end of September. in Raw logs i didn't find
any IP's with many requests, I already deny some that was looked weird, but
no effect. I also have lots of inserts in cache_page table for index page
and DB size grow very fast. I guess this is the problem . I also have one
more page with shortcut on index page, - could be this an issue?
Account was suspending due CPU overlimit - but they was nice and  is no live
again.
