[TYPO3-english] Adding file to FAL in TYPO3 6.0

I am doing this in code myself otherwise I wouldn't have asked so the "use
the upload button" comment is entirely unhelpful.

I took a look at the fal_webdav extension mentioned and it does not contain
any required code.

The documentation needs updating, it's as simple as that. The wiki is out
of date. I find it unbelievable that the core team have no interest, and
are allowed to have no interest in documenting such an important feature.
Of course they need to help the document team.
