I didn't mention any of these files.

If you open the tab "Configuration" in the Extension Manager for the 
extension sgfilelist you should see something like:

Max. Filesize for Files (e.g. pdf) in KByte [maxFileSize]
[  1000   ]

Max.  Number of Files (e.g. pdfs) in Filelist [maxFileCnt]
[    3    ]

[___Update___]

The first setting is the one that causes the message you saw.
