[TYPO3-english] Test copy of site

I have tried those parameters. I think something is happening to cause the
original site to be referenced even before the template is loaded.
Everything is good except the view icon at the top of the page. When
hovering over that icon the local URL shows but when clicked the original
one is loaded. I cannot find the reference to the original URL.
