[TYPO3-english] Problem while removing extension

In TYPO3 4.7 and earlier you had to remove the temp_CACHED* files from 
typo3conf to fix this. In TYPO3 6.0 and later you need to remove all 
files from typo3temp/Cache/Code/cache_core/ to fix these problems.
