I answered the OP in the typo3.teams.workspace list. Since TYPO3 4.7.1 
there were 10 bugfix releases and about 300-400 bugfixes for 4.7; it's 
hard to find if the problem he described was already fixed in one of them.
First advice is to update TYPO3 to the latest 4.7.x version.
