We know PHP strftime is working. 
We konw date:U is working. 
We know strftime is formatting right. 
The order of stdWrap seems to be applied right. (Maybe I am blind here.)

However the value seems to be turned into 0 when feeded into strftime.

May it depend on the temp construction? 
What happens, if you turn it to lib.copyright? 

Test both to apply by copy and by reference:

real.path < lib.copyright
real.path =< lib.copyright

That are my final ideas.
