Update: importing of originally extension manager exported database is possible:
-> put the sql file (ext_tables_static+adt.sql) into typo3conf folder
-> go to install tool/Database Analyser and the row typo3conf/ext_tables_static+adt.sql choose IMPORT
and so on..
