[TYPO3-english] RealUrl dependencies

When I search for extension from BE. Or I am wrong? Does it honor 
version and gives you latest version for your TYPO3 version?

I was thinking about Powermail, which has changed a lot in version 2 and 
I'd like to use 1.6.8 still, so my only option here is to go to 
typo3.org and download it from there.
