[TYPO3-english] powermail 2.x dbEntry for mm table and multiple values

Hello,

I am currently trying to save the values from a long checkbox list into 
the database with the dbEntry feature of powermail 2.x.

Can somebody post a snippet of for saving mm relation tables for 
multiple checkbox / selectbox? Is there any solution which prevent 
copying every value of the selectfield?

I found this snippet but it would be a hard work as the checkbox list is 
changing and there are almost 50 selectbox options.

             # First option
             20 < .10
             20.3.data = TSFE:fe_user|sesData|powermail_285|uid9|0
             # Second option
             21 < .10
             21.3.data = TSFE:fe_user|sesData|powermail_285|uid9|1
