[TYPO3-english] sending mails without quoted-printable?

hi,

all mails sent from TYPO3 seem to be in "quoted-printable" format. i use
powermail for sending mails for example.

how can i disable this?

(one of my customers projects uses a system that fetches mails and stores
them in a database and this system seemingly can't handle
"quoted-printable".)
