[TYPO3-english] question about mail form configuration

Hi,

I added a content element to my page. see screenshot here:

Questions:
1. I do not want the outside box, how could I delete it? I tried to change
it to 'No Frame' through edit page content->content layout, but does not
work.
2. Is there  a way that I can put these two input fields(First Name,
Email,) on the same level?  the form structure is:
 | label | Please tell us about your new job and how it happened!
First Name | *First_Name=input
 Email | *Email=input
 | *My_Story:=textarea,80,10
 | formtype_mail=submit | Submit
 | html_enabled=hidden | 1
 | subject=hidden | I got a Job!
