[TYPO3-english] cache working as it wants to work not as expected

Strange

I get in "Cache" tab
Cache entries
  segment 30
And in Info tab
id: 82type: 0gr_list: 0,-1no_cache: 1USER_INT objects: 7fe_user, name:
 fe_user,
uid:     *Total parsetime:* 2055 ms
After refresh I get page rendered not from cache. No info about problem
with cHash
