[TYPO3-english] Add IRRE records (only) in not-default-languages and show them in FE

hi everybody,

after localization of all IRRE records of a parent record from default 
language to another language i decided to add another IRRE record in 
that language via "Add new" button. everything worked like a charm in BE.

So now i have one IRRE record more in that language that i have in 
default language.

unfortunatelly this record is not shown in FE. it seems that it is 
obligatory to have all localized IRRE records also in default language 
to be shown in FE.

or do i miss something?
