[TYPO3-english] How can I download the list of pages in a table?

Hi, I am very new to TYPO3 and need your help now.

I want to download the list of pages available on a TYPO3 installation
in a table such as a CSV file, but I could not find how. It is needed
for offline translation of the site contents. Could you tell me how I
can do it with TYPO3 4.5.8?

Excuse me if such a question has been already answered but I could not
find one that solves my problem.
