[TYPO3-english] typo3 6.1.1 cant access Extension Manger

Hi!

If you are running on Windows, the problem could be a too small thread
stack size. The default is 1MB on Windows (8MB on most *nix systems),
which is not enough for the extension manager.

Try adding "ThreadStackSize 8388608" to your httpd.conf.
