[TYPO3-english] typo3 6.1.1 cant access Extension Manger

Hi Kevin,

Do you see any Apache/PHP module missing when you go to Reports module 
-> Status Report?
Maybe also check in your xampp config if the cURL or SSL module is 
activated.
