[TYPO3-english] Page template selection TV-style without TV

Kay has abloaded a Themes.Vagrant to git.

Download it, Test it, give feedback and you will realize that the future
has already begone and nobody needs to worry at all in changing from
TemplaVoila TV Templates to THEMES. And best of all you can "adapt" and
reuse your old TV Framework skins already

Even TV will be supported longer or forked or whats however your customers
will be happy with THEMES as they will get more as they had before and for
Agencies the ROI will be much much better - so you have either more earning
or can provide a cheaper and more compatible product to your customers!

Beside this most of the "ingredients" of Themes are complete reusable and
switchable!
