[TYPO3-english] Security token, router errors

Hi,

Very often in 4.7 i get errors like:

"Validating the security token of this form has failed. Please reload 
the form and submit it again"

and "Router bla bla"..

Currently i have no time to investigate, but is there a solution for 
this? It gets pretty annoying after some time. I think users will get 
crazy with this if i don't fix it. Thx!
