[TYPO3-english] RealURL - add pid at end of URL

Hi,

How can i configure RealURL so that in the end of every speaking URL 
page ID is added? For example, i want URL to look like this:

domain.com/some-speaking-url/38

where 38 is the pid of that particular page.
