[TYPO3-english] Uncaught TYPO3 Exception, No file found for given UID.

What is the best solution for the error:

 > Uncaught TYPO3 Exception: No file found for given UID.

The reason for this error seems to be clear:
using FAL with 6+ (6.1.2 for me) I created a lot of CEs with image 
references.
Then the underlaying folder-structure changed and some (demo)files were 
removed others were moved to another folder.

now the problem is the errormessage which occurs in the BE on every page 
with 'lost' files and which crashes the possibility to edit these 
erronous records

is there a way to identify all the CEs which use a file reference with a 
'lost' file?
or identify all the filereferences which miss their file?

inside TYPO3 or with a DB-tool like phpmyadmin?
