Hi,

you should give

[PIDinRootline = pages-uid, pages-uid, ...]

or

[PIDupinRootline = pages-uid, pages-uid, ...]

in your root-template a try.

[PIDinRootline = pages-uid]

page.includeJS {
    jquery-min = fileadmin/templates/js/lib/jquery.min.js
    init = fileadmin/templates/js/init.js
}
