[BE][loginSecurityLevel] had been changed from its default - I've triple checked localconf and in the install tool and [BE][loginSecurityLevel] is blank/not set. This has not something I have seen previously and we have not made any changes to this install recently except changing 4.5.* versions. Can't see any changes the clients have made to their own BE user accounts. Richard
