[TYPO3-english] Parse-error in localconf for no obvious reason

Hi!

Looks like the default pageTSconfig from the cms sysext contains some single quite which ends the string and afterwards produces some bullshit.
Maybe try opening your temp_*.localconf.php  with some PHP syntax aware editor and check for any syntax errors.
