[TYPO3-english] Context sensitive help (CSH) with question mark link in TYPO3 6.0?

hi everybody,

is there a way to have a question mark link for the context sensitive 
help (CSH) in TYPO3 6.0? as far as i remember the question mark links 
were removed some time ago per default to make the backend more clean. 
As far as i can see the CSH popop is only shown when you *hover* a field 
label.
