[TYPO3-english] typo3 + rsa + salted passwords login problem

Hello,

I just have a weird issue in newest 6 and 4.7 branch. Every 
backend-login succeeds after 2nd time.

Every frontend login does not succeeds at all, if not a backend-user is 
logged in as well. And here also, only after the second try the login works.

I read about this bug on several issues, is there any working solution 
for this? Or do I need to deactivate RSA + SaltedPasswords?
