[TYPO3-english] How do you grant BE users access to web->access? in TYPO3 6.1+

Mmmm.. that really is a pitty. I would agree that is's a bit over the 
top for most normal editor's. But it is disregarding the fact that in 
most cases where is a need for a sub-admin (someone that can do simple 
day to day stuff without the ability to delete the template folder).
It also makes it very difficult for a group of editors to delete a page, 
since only the user who have created the page can delete it.
