[TYPO3-english] News and file upload - error message: Unable to determine path to entry script.

It is really urgent to have a solution for the problem below. Neither insertion of images in news nor unload of files via the build in file manager works on any of my websites. Christmas or not, we need a solution to this problem very soon.
