[TYPO3-english] Typo3 6.1.6 Could not connect to SQL database! (Mysql)

Hi, 

-No error message in apache log. The problem is typo3 internal.
-Change from localhost to 127.0.0.1 does not correct the problem in my case.
-But - bingo:
Removing  'dbal'  from  'LocalConfiguration.php'  solve the problem.

Do you use 127.0.0.1 or localhost as server address? If the DB server is on the same server, then please try both variants.
